Accomplishments
1. I rescued over 300 slaves from slavery. This gave many people the opportunity to live their lives in a better way.
2. Throughout the Civil War, I served as a nurse, spy, scout and commander for the Union army. I accomplished a great amount of things that helped many people by serving during the Civil War. I identified potential targets for the army and at one time commanded over 800 black soldiers on a raid.
3. I was named the "Moses" of my people because I led them to freedom and away from slavery, similar to the story in the Bible. Even when the Fugitive Slave Act was passed, I still continued to rescue people by leading them to Canada.
4. No one died on any of the trips that I took when rescuing people from slavery.
